At Westport Big & Tall, we stand behind our quality and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 60 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the clothing.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
